Application Solutions
Automatic packing needs a series of configurations. The packing process branches into three categories: primary, secondary, and tertiary packing.
Primary packaging means packaging that comes into contact with the products for the first time. It serves as a container and protector for the finished products. The main purpose is to free products from contamination. The usually-seen primary packing is cans, bottles, and wrappers.
Secondary packaging is the packaging that surrounds the primary packaging including bags, boxes, paper, padding, separators, reinforcements, etc. It serves as an additional protection for the product during transportation and storage.
Tertiary packaging is the outermost layer of packaging such as pallet wraps, stretch film, crates, and pallets. Customers usually do not see tertiary packing, because people remove it before showcasing the merchandise. Its purpose is to steadily move the goods into different vehicles. The third-stage packaging reduces the possibility of unwanted severe collisions and scattering due to the force of inertia during transportation.
Once your products go through the three stages of packaging, you must check the conditions of pallets to hand goods over to the customers safe and sound. You will be trustworthy. PACKWAY has experience in solutions for different packaging processes
