Pallet Strapping Machine
Pallet strapping system and pallet wrapping system are both common equipment for large-quantity packaging tasks in warehouses, factories, logistics centers, etc. However, they use different methods to package cargo boxes with the pallet. Pallet strappers, as the name suggests, use straps made of PP, or PET to fasten the cargos or cartons on the pallet. Securing the boxes on the pallet facilitates the delivery of goods. The box will not fall off the pallet during transportation.
The strap arch frame used on a pallet strapping machine is essentially wider and higher than the regular carton box strapper so that the cargo box with larger dimensions can fit in. Since the machine handles larger and heavier cargo, it usually works with the roller conveyor in replacement of manual loading/unloading. While most pallet strapping machine models are fully automated, some models also support semi-auto operation to allow more versatility to the system.
